The NDD Code of Conduct was created based on our values and is one more way to experience them. It is a guide with ethical and legal conduct standards that must be followed every day in our relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, service providers, government, and society. It is guided by 4 pillars of conduct:
To be the essential technology for intelligence in data and information management.
Add value to data to transform the world.
We believe in the transformational power of dreams. NDD emerged from the dream of transforming companies and the world. And to transform through technology and creativity. After almost 20 years of starting this journey, this dream comes true daily. In an increasingly demanding and fast-paced world, we adopt a digital mindset to continue imagining and transforming.
Relationships with transparency, truth and security in all.
We value our people, clients, partners and
the society.
Dare. Look for novelty, and understand the next step. Overcome barriers and imagine what's to come.
Continuous learning to evolve people and improve our business.
The collective and the teamwork are more important, but the individuality, and the differences are respected.
With ethics we build trustworthy relationships through transparent communication
Multiple relationships. Only one conduct. Take care of people, maintain an environment with mutual respect. The NDD code must inspire and guide our conduct so that we can act ethically and equitably in all our relationships. “[…] We are a company of people, and they are responsible for our expansion.”
